Starting is often the hardest part for a lot of people, myself included. I tend to have grand ideas, but get cold feet as I get closer to actually beginning something new. It’s not that I’m not excited or motivated to get things done – it’s just that anxiety, fear, and procrastination start to creep in as change approaches.

I’ve learned that managing my anxiety begins with cognition, followed by deliberate action. So, this website and blog are a form of therapy for me – a way for me to share my creative endeavors and face the anxiety that often precedes them. This is a start.
